Ed and Becs Spice have spent 20 years running country pubs and restaurants in the Surrey and Hampshire borders. Now landlords of Tap @ The Shed, a bar specialising in craft beer at The Shed in Bordon they have decided to take their skills to the road. Tap on the Road is the beginning of an exciting new adventure.
Prior to taking on their own pubs, Ed worked in london as a cocktail bar tender and was trained by a head barman of the Ritz. If you are after classic beautifully made Cocktails for you events then please ask. Becs spent 16 years back of house and rose through the ranks to become head chef. She now takes on an organisational role within the business whilst also being a brilliant mum at home to the two little Spices.
